Bright Bar is essentially carbon steel with the surface condition improved beyond the hot rolled finish supplied straight from the mill. This makes it better for machining, and gives better mechanical properties, dimensional tolerances and straightness.
They are available in different sizes and forms like flats and squares and hexagonal but the most common is round bar. Stainless steel round bars are among the most demanded type bright bars in the manufacturing sector and are used in the making of implements and machine components.
