STEEL LENGTHS CUT TO SIZE

We have two Shark 282 Manual Bandsaws which cut up to 280mm wide x 250mm high, square cuts and can also angle cut 0 to 60 degrees… for all your steel sections like Flats, Rounds, Angles RHS, PFC, UB, Stainless and Aluminium.

Shark 320AX Automatic Saw – a great labour saver and can get multiple cutting jobs of the same size and profile done at the minimum of cost. Cuts up to 320mm wide x 270mm high. Great for Flats, RHS, Angles and PFC.

Our BIG DO ALL – cuts up to 420mm wide x 280mm high and up to 15m long! Great for PFC, UB, and UC. Cuts a 15m x 410 UB like BUTTER!

PROFILE CUTTING

We have a Plasma that can profile cut using CAD Drawings / Nesting. It can cut Sheet / Plate up to 1200 x 2400mm and Sheet thickness of 2mm to 20mm mild steel, 1mm to 4mm Aluminium, 0.55 to 3mm Gal and Stainless.

DRILL HOLES

Our Magnetic Drill can drill holes from 12mm to 34mm. Great for Power Pole Fabrication, Plates, PFC, UB and Angles.

PUNCH HOLES

We can punch Flat Bar, Sheet, Base Plates 3mm to 16mm thick with holes from 8/10/12/14/16/18/20/22/24/26
